Recruiting Services
Custom Recruiting: $75 Per Hour
This hourly service is ideal for businesses who have changing hiring needs and need help managing the complete hiring process. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Job description drafting, market research, posting, maintenance, and renewal, regardless of platform
Sourcing qualified candidates
Initial qualifications review of all applicants
Phone screen of all qualified candidates using core screening questions and custom questions
Assessment administration
Coordination of interview scheduling between hiring manager and recommended candidate (All relevant documents sent to hiring manager upon scheduling)
High Volume/Commission-Based Recruiting
This service is ideal for businesses who need help with the front-end work of the hiring process on a large scale. We carefully review and screen the high volume of applicants, and present only the best candidates for the formal interview, defined as the top twenty percent (or 1 out of every 5 candidates on average). The fee is assessed per recommended candidate.
Onboarding Services
Onboarding Process Buildout
This service is both for companies that need to standardize an existing hiring process, and for companies that do not have one.
Training Program Buildout
This service is perfect for employers who make frequent hires for a specific position within their organization but may not have a clear training program for it. It is recommended that you have a clear, structured training program in place for each position you have.
